This was really good fun....I was asked to participate on a team as the runner. Our team was Patty Glover (swimming), Amanda Faver (running), and Sherry Shaapok (biking). We had a great time....Here are the pictures...

Random Thoughts While Running

I was running along today(2-22-09) at my 64th mile for this week (yes, this sounds like a lot, but in the running world it is the middle of the road) and a hazy thought came to me. I decided it would be a good idea to write down the random (and profound...HA) things that come to my mind. So, here they are and I will add to these each time I have a RANDOM thought while running.
